Clems shut down. He reopened as OSR and I know this because they sent me a letter stating this change.

IMHO, one of the best "bang for the buck" mods out there:
____________
You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Hey Dusty. I just got my Clems pan. Very nice product and stand up service. I can't remember the pricing. You will get big savings if you send them yours. If you want to keep your pan let me know. Since I'm going with a sidewinder I want the Adams pan and I'll try to save you money on my pan, if your interested.

Yes its streetable. I put exactly 4 qts in mine the last time I changed it, so your loosing the .3qts. When I drained the oil out I had it just on the front stand so the oil would drain to the back of the pan and drain out. Then I immediately put the rear stand back under it. Its not safe just on front stand. I didn't feel like I was getting all the oil out. But to be honest, what else came out didn't amount to much.

I put 4 quarts in mine as well, actually a lil more the engine was pretty well drained when I filled the OSR pan.
Now only if I could get rid of my stock pan.......I have the low profile plug with the guard removed on it,and about a dozen or so honda plug washers.

I used a new gasket, but the stock gasket did look reusable. I only had 800 miles on the bike at that time.

Thanks

When you lower the bike the oil pan is one of the lowest things to the ground. If you come down hard from a wheelie or hit something in the road the plug will knock a hole in the pan.
