This changes the face of over-the-counter Wal-mart oils.

Always believed in the 15W40 Diesel oils. It may not be important to most of you, but H-D says to use it if you can't find their brand oil on the shelf in their MCs. Since I own both a 14 and a Fat Boy, it makes oil changes just that much simplier. And I figure that if the oil stands up to extreme heat in an air cooled engine, then it'll do just fine in my 14. 23 K miles and still going strong!

Rotella Has been in my bike since the 3rd oil change, great stuff! Glad to hear that they have upgraded the quality because I was going to try something new the next oil change cycle. Steve- do you know(or heard) if that T6 comes in 15W-40?

Hey Dusty, Basically it's the API certification for wet clutch compatability.

whatever i can afford at the time that i need an oil change and mine runs like new. :P. I've always been kind of wary about using full syn with brand new clutches so i started out with dino oil, but i'm about to make the switch to syn again. Probably AMSoil
