o-ring in oil pan
I took my pan off to send to clems for a shorter one and there is a small oring about the size of a dime laying there. No idea where it came from. I'm thinking during assembly at the factory it fell in by mistake and was just laying there. Any suggestions where it came from? The only one beside that one is the bigger onw=e that is flat on one side that one is much bigger. Also the drain hose that is sticking there do you just shorten it when you put the shorter clems pan back on?

What about the one that sits on top of the crossover pipe, up in the casing?

I'm just looking at that one in the shop manual. The two bigger ones are on the bridge, but it shows another one that goes in behind. I think i know where it goes now, try to find the kawasaki part ni=umber. Thanks for the help.

I was looking in the oil pump section and it showed the bridge with the 2 0-rings but not the smaller one it was under the crankcase section. Thanks everyone for the quick response.

When I took my oil pan off I found that small oring on top of the bridge on the pan. It was perfectly stuck on the round surface on the bridge and also it was a bit flat . So it seals that piece somehow.
