can i slam my bike ?
i was wondering if it would ba a good idea to slam my bike right now im on the center hole on my lowering link with just a strap up front im sitting about 62.5'' right now with some extensions
i was told i would crush my fuel pump if i slam it is it true?

its possible. keep an eye out on it. i went to an 08-09 fuel pump to solve that problem

Assuming you mean for the track and not the road it ought to be ok but watch out for the sump plug grounding.

Only problem I had when I slammed mine was the tire hitting the undertail. Never had a problem with fuel pump. You could see where it barely touched the swingarm.

Ya that's for sure if you end up leaving it slammed i would really think about getting the clems pan or one like it!

+1 on the pan. I put it off til I busted my pan, if your going to slam it, it would be a very wise decision!

You've probably have already checked or had it in mind, but I can't go without saying. Once you get your bike slamed where you would like it, measure the rest of the forks suspension travel then measure the lowest point under the pan. That will give you an Idea of what you need to do to save the pan. Good luck!

If your just going to ride it on the track that's all good, but if you ride on the street there are a lot more factors than fork travel. Potholes, rough roads, RAILROAD tracks (they are bad here). Good luck bro!

i pretty took this bike off the streets, now that i just bought 600 and i also have 2 street legal supermoto bikes to ride around on
