16 or 17 tooth???

Im standard wheelbase ,16 tooth and 40 dry shot in third. Not progresive.
Im wondering about going back to 17 tooth in the front , as Im having trouble launching.
Also if I go 17 tooth maybe spray in second?
Any thoughts from the gurus?
Thanks guys.

You need to put the 17 back on...

DragStrip or street riding?

If your gonna use the nitrous alot, then take a tooth out of the rear...17-40...You'll need to get use to launching with that gear getting in the throttle faster, but for nitrous it will be good!!!

You will get different answers it's really all up to you, put the 17 tooth back on and try it. if it works better for you then stick with it. look at wheelie I could never get a 48 rear to work but he sure does. I prefer 16 on front even swb.
