lube holes in number 4 intake cam only?

any body know why the cam lobes on the intake cam on number 4 cylinder (only) have lube holes on the base of the lobe? I can see its for lube but only on number 4 intake.

I think the cams are lubed from the head, and since they don't need to oil the rods they are only hollow to save weight.

I know how its getting oiled but why only lube holes on one cylinder on intake cam? they pump oil in one end of the cam and then it feeds the rest of the cam caps.
