Just a side note as I read this.
We have 15 employees here.
2 have streetbike and ride - Chris/Nick
2 drag race often - Ryan/Kevin
1 raced back in the day - Dave Schnitz (owner)
The rest that work here have been here for a while and know more about streetbikes than most riders..

14nooby, could you let me know what address you used to send that email from? Again, right now we have no record of it.
We make every effort to keep popular items in stock. If we don't have it in stock, we will have it shippped directly from the manufacturer or a vendor that has it. You needed a sprocket the next day. We got it do you in your time of need as you wished. Not sure what we could have done better?

ive had a problem with ordering sprockets on 2 occasions , after placing a order a week later I call Schnitz and was told to contact Vortex, Vortex said they didnt have the order from Schnitz, its easier to go straight to the manufacturer for me if something isnt in stock

i dont remember the chicks name that hung up on me, but i dont care how many years she has been there ryan, just because shes pms'in dosent mean she treats customers that way. she burnt the bridge with me between you guys. i will continue to order from where i am as they treat me like a customer they appreciate. if my money isnt wanted, i damn sure wont give it to the company.

Ryan and his dad are real good people and because of them, a racer can get certain parts and mods. in a timely manner that one cant get by contacting the manufacturer!!!
Bawls, Eclipse & 14noobie.....I can vouch for Ryan and his performance business, he and his family really care what the racers and street riders want & need...They are all about the biker !!!
If the woman give you problems its between you and the woman...Ask her name, then ask to talk to Ryan or his Dad...Im sure they will change their tune!!!

Wow. I can tell by your message that this situation with a woman really hit a nerve (and it should if you were hung up on in a heated situation).
Please understand, that I'm just trying to determine what happened and see it from a third party view. This is one way we can improve ourselves... Teachable moments.

I believe that ryan and his dad are good people, I'm not questioning that whatsoever. I understand people have bad days, everyone does... But as for if she gives me problems on a simple order, its not between me and HER. Its me and the company she works for. I would have contacted someone higher up but it pissed me off so bad I ordered the parts from somewhere else, cheaper and great customer service. I wish I could remember her name, bc now would be a great time to bring it up. Customer service is the name of the game now days. You can get parts from hundreds of places, usually in the same amount of time, so for me it depends on if they have a decent attitude.

I have used Schnitz for many years and never had a problem other than back ordered parts , that wasn't really a problem ..They have allways been nice on the phone with me .. In fact they gave me a great price cut on my Muzzy air shift kit ..
