wow when I started this tread I didn't know what I was going to stir up. Personally I love the looks of the ZX-10 fender and can't wait for my new fender and brackets to come in.
Thanks again Dubious!

Are you getting one painted or did you find an oem color match?

I just ordered a zx10 fender....... I was going to wait on this mod because it was mostly an aesthetics thing for me, but now I'll be loading it into a truck every time I go to the track. No sense in ruining my stock fender.

There are some great deals on 10 fenders on eBay and the Kawi forums.

I agree...... I actually bought 2. I bought a silver one, and a red one. I'll most likely be selling the silver one with zx14 brackets soon...... I hope the red matches...... It's from an 06 zx10

got the brackets today and the fender a week or so ago. I took shane and dubious advice and went with the 04 carbon fiber from betsem(know im spelling that wrong). I couldn't do a color match oem cause my bike is custom painted. which is a major PITA for fixing paint scratches. any how I will post pics tomarrow when I get it all installed.

Sorry it was slow getting there, the mail service hasn't been so good lately, and they never update the tracking info after the border it seems.

The ZX-10 fender with Lyle's braces made my 2007 14 run bar cooler. And cools down Much fast when you start to move from setting at a red light. IMHO the ZX-10 fender
looks more Sort and sure lets More air across the radiator. Thanks Lyle, hope
you do the CCT ZX-12 to a 14 mod. I need two will Paypal in advance if needed.

I did too, I have the Bestem carbon ZX-10 fender too. Went on perfect, no moving ot redrilling and all the hardware was in the braces.

thanks Lyle. I put the pic up of the bracket cause your instructions said you don't have 14 forks any more to illistrate with. so I thought I'd post a visual incase any one needed one. I know before the install I didn't know why they needed to be notched like the new ones are for lowered bikes; but after bolting up the first bracket it instantly made sense. thanks again.
haven't got to ride it yet due to cold. but it sure looks killer. susposed to get to 60 on monday so theres still hope
