Maybe the shop could assist. All caps request,no make/model,and previous sarcasm to the fullest. Advise that many consult with shops/dealers because they need help...

Hook that Busa to a 14 and it'll run like Hell.
Seriously though, if you have a PCIII installed, check the ground wire to ensure a good connection. That has been the culprit for many.

THE ECU WENT BAD . I TRIED IT ON MY BIKE AND IT DID THE SAME THING THE TEMP STARTED BLINKING WONT START PUT MY ECU BACK ON AND MY BIKE TURN RIGHT ON. BUT NOW THE BIKE WONT POWER UP . THE BIKE HAS A ALARM IDK IF THAT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM. THEIR WAS SOME MELTED WIRES BUT THEY REALLY WERENT CONNECTED TO ANY THING .

If it melted wires you got more wrong than a ecu... Wires done melt for no reason. what wires do you have on the bike "that don't go to anything"?? Is it just a few extra wires kawasaki decided to throw in for free?
P.s. WE CAN READ LOWERCASE LETTERS JUST AS GOOD AS CAPS!! NO NEED FOR YELLING ALL THE TIME!!!!! Hope you find the problem

the loose wires that are a little melted are the ones that got to do with the alarm but they werent connected to any thing. it looks like my friend burn a hole threw the under tail and started rubbing the ecu. its a big hole. hmm... would the ecu cause it not to power up maybe the clips are bad. all i did was disconnect the ecu

Since you are the person trying to start it I would guess it is one of these two problems.
1) The key is not turned on before you press the starter button.
2) You are trying to start it with the key alone (like a car).
Turn the key to the on position and wait 2 seconds. At this point the dash will be lit up. Now press the starter button. Hold it down until the engine starts but be sure to release it immediately after start up. There is a warm up cycle but that will be too much for you to understand so just wait about 2 minutes after start-up before driving.
One more thing, if it keeps dying on you when you put it into first gear you will need to put the kick stand up. The kickstand is what is holding the bike up when you are not on it. It is on a hinge so you can flip it up before driving. Because Kawasaki knows people like you will be buying this bike they put in a fail-safe so the bike will not drive with the kickstand down.
If you are having a hard time reaching the grips once started it means you sat on the bike backwards. Put the kickstand back down, get off the bike turn 180 degrees and get back on. From here you should be able to see the speedometer and tach.
Let me know if you need anything else. Your friend,
