Smokin, just thought I would pass this along. My reputable builder says spending money on a clutch is a waste! He just uses hamburger buns, precooked pasta and super glue. I know it sounds fishy but this guy knows his stuff and if I mentioned his name I am sure you would have heard of him.

Smokin, and Nooby, just curious as to how you have your rear suspensions setup? what shock, how much compression ect. Im having wheelie issues with a longer bike and much slower short times. I think its my shock...
thx!

Scott, I'm running the stock shock. I have the rebound turned all the way in. I adjusted the spring down with 1" of threads showing (roughly).

Stock shock here also .. I put both adjustors all the way in and back off 1/4 turn.. The spring itself is as it came from the factory ..

Hey noob, are the clutch springs you are referring to the regular Brocks ZX-14 Clutch Spring Kit? I don't see any special heavy duty springs on Brock's site. I'm very interested in them. I'm probably at about 150 runs and I wonder if they would help.

I actually ordered the springs from Schnitz. They are listed as the Brocks HD springs if I remember correct. I know that they are about 3/4 of an inch longer than the stock ones.

i run the springs as well and i like em. it took a little getting use to as the clutch handle was a little harder to pull, so letting out of it took a little adjusting.
