Maybe he can't afford to make it right.
Times are hard and I'm sure very few from this board would give him business.
If he could it would be stupid to kill his reputation/business over something like this.
Good luck

Talk to my lawyer last night and we are ready. Have a list of people that will speak on my behalf even a Delaware State Trooper that Bill tried to screw. Not my problem if he is broke. He should have kept his word, no lies on my end even paid for work in advance. Money was on time everytime even a little extra. I guess the tip was for his outstanding acting.

I had read these concerns on another board and now they have migrated here. While I am in favour of sharing information, I have some concerns.
To the members who claim problems with Mr. Eason:

I will only speak for myself when I say that your plight would have more impact if it remained a simple factual account of your concerns. Including inflammatory remarks (LIAR, THIEF, etc.) lost my attention and certainly some of my empathy for you.
Further, silence is not an admission of guilt - it may be that Mr. Eason is simply taking the high road and not being dragged into a name calling contest in a public forum.

At this point I'm hearing only one side of a story - for all I know it may be these members who are at fault for not expressing exactly what work they wanted done, and when they received what they asked for, are now looking for a way out - buyer's remorse iscertainly not uncommon.

I have no personal stake in the outcome of this matter, I'm just taking some time to register my concern at having a fellow human being's name slandered on no more than the word of a couple people who have an obvious personal agenda.

Finally, as someone who deals with litigation, I am always interested when people throw out threats of "I'm getting my lawyer to deal with it". If, in fact, these members have such a wealth of documentation proving they have been wrongly treated ("stolen from"), why have these members simply not provided this information to their local Police? If it is such a clear-cut case of theft as they claim, an official charge would be in order (if nothing else to shore up an upcoming civil legal dispute). Just thinking out loud.

I will be away on business for the next couple weeks and will not be on this site. If any one of the accusatory members wishes to challenge me/call me names, please do not take my silence to mean anything other than I am simply not reading their comments at that time.

You must be best friends with Bill or this is his wife cause you are funny. Myself and several other members posted on here to warn members so they will not end up like we did. I could have not said a word and let this continue on but knowing this would have been wrong. If you had a chance to save someone thousands of dollars and headaches WOULD YOU or would you sweep it under the rug and let this continue. Bill maybe taking the high road but if it was me I would at least tell my side. I guess the $1000 he sent my friend for stiffing him out of a swingarm was just a over site in his record books or the $1200 he sent another friend of mines for a nitrous system install and tune and never even did it, maybe it was him just to busy to do want he paid for, and after months he refunded him his money. I referred these people to Bill and he stiffed us all in one way or another. Learning2race you are welcome to call me at 757-202-9867 anytime and I can even fax or email you the copies upon copies of receipts that Bill gave me stating what was suppose to be done that was never done. In closing I hope Bill will make this thing right so I can move on. On yea Bill my number is 757-202-9867 call me

I will have ALL emails forward to my IPHONE so I will not miss a beat. Look forward to your call Learning2race

Learning2Race, since this was made public everyone is entitled to their opinion and its great to hear everyones view as to what course of action they would take in the same situation. I'm not sure what the "high road" is when every effort was made for rectification prior to making this public. Since you have a history of ligitation, I'm sure you also know that multi-state situations are a little different also, this type of stuff is so far down on the police priority list it's crazy. Nellics you have every right to be jumping mad and until someone walk a mile in your shoes, they don't know. I hope you and Bill get right.....

The key to all of this is making a wrong situation right at the lowest level possible. In my case, Bill took care of me and I'm very thankful. Once the dialogue was restored my situation/problem went away. In fact, Bill is now going out of his way for me and to that I'm truely grateful. Communication not silence got us to our current point. learning to race, thank you so much for the insightful and educated platform that we as former customers of cannon cycles can use in the future if we are treated unjustly. in my opinion you have never spent a dime nor had any dealings with the gentleman in question other than maybe by phone, that being said, i appreciate your comments and would highly recommend that you spend thousands of your hard earned money with bill and just see for yourself if we are out of line. and trust me you will not drive any more distance, spend any more money or waste as much time as we have with this individual, so give it a try and let us know how things turned out for you.

bill did send my money for the swing arm, that still does not erase the fact i was lied to multiple times and did not get what i paid for on my bike.

i spoke with my friend nellics today and have advised him to move forward and focus on a better tomorrow, not a clouded yesterday. we know the truth and so does bill. that is all that really matters.........opinions do NOT.

Bill Eason Bad form ole BOY, your cussing me out on the PM was uncalled for. Had you kept your word in the classified add here for some of my tools for sale I would not have lost a sale "waiting on you to email me "In A Bit"As I emailed the other Man and said you had first Dibbs. Should have known better, waiting several days and then your PM was you could not wait on ME????
This taught me a lesson on giving someone the benifit of the doubt on Badd Press and Badd Bussiness Dealings. I have your very NASTY(cuss words,) PM printed out. Shall I post it in the Smack House?????
As I said to you if my price was not to you liking all you had to do WAS KEEP YOUR WORD and email
me and not keep me hanging. No big deal. You are Not a Man of Honor Sir. Some of the members here told me to just sell to the FIRST one who sends funds Paypal. This is the second time you have not kept your word to me and the LAST Look at how long I waited for a CCT or even a reply.

I hated to drag this old thread back up again but we have so many new members they need to

see who to send their ZX-14 to have work done on and who Not to. If One member reads all

this and lives near this shop and takes his bike somewhere else I have done my good deed.
