Damn zx14turbo U have ran Bill off this site to! It's funny how he just stop posting. Bill man the F up! Just pay Matt his money back! Cause U will never touch his bike again. Things happen U maybe having a hard time. If so you should have told him that. U just drop off the face of the earth on him. Bill you not calling him back a long with hundreds more. They are not going away any time soon! It's like everyday it's someone new you F over! mr14turbo & many more have & A.P.B out on you.

its cool, we are going to handle our end the right way. there are no threats being thrown out. i want answers to my questions. it would be nice to get my swing arm money at least, it prob. will not happen. so, we are doing all we can do to warn potential customers of what COULD and has happened.
i had nothing but praise for Bill either. that is why it took me so long to get to my breaking point. i overlooked ALOT for the sake of friendship.........i could only turn the other cheek so long....

no problem. just doing what i wish others had done before i made my mistakes, i know several people knew about these type things going on but, for some reason kept quiet.
by the way i checked out your site and it seems to be very informative as well. you will have a new member soon.......

yeah smokin, it does suck. no amount of explaining will make this situation any better. the damage is done. all i asked him to do was pick up his phone and try explaining to me what happened. i WAS all in with bill, bought everything through him, only listened to him, and recommended him to everyone. HE chose this path of deceit not me.
and for the record there are two sides to every story, then there is the truth. nothing i have posted cannot be backed with facts, there are many,many more lies that were told to me that only he and i know about. same way with the others. lie upon lie to grown men for NOTHING over things that werent that serious until now.

I trusted Bill to spent thousands of dollars with the guy only to be screwed...WTF. Countless hours on the road to his house/ shop... problem after problem. Bike wouldn't shift than a 2X4 only making 188RWHP, to Bill giving me a 3X5 and writing on the invoice in his own words "2X4 build" with all the parts in the motor. What kind of DUMMY would write that on a invoice and give you something totally different...I know he was banking that I would not go in the motor and take it to the track and blow it up...Wrong Bill!!! I may not know a lot about motors but I do my homework buddy, the bike was at another shop in less than 72 HRS. I just spent $1500 to have the motor taken out and checked and put back together and re-tuned . The cams were off something like 101,112... cam chain guide bolts lose. If I would have ridden that SO CALLED "STREET MOTOR" I would have had a pile of trash in a week. What goes around comes around BILL

I know i would defend myself as well. there is nothing to reply to or defend himself with. we are stating facts and he knows it. he is very good at dissecting peoples words, and playing his angles. we have stated only facts. there is nothing for him to reply to, we have proof of our accusations and he damn well knows we do.
i feel for the people on here that are in disbelief! the people who honestly think he "couldnt have" done these things. problem is i feel for myself and my fellow motorcyclists that have been had even more. time is something you never get back, money is too hard to come by to have had both taken from me the way it was.

I did not send $$ waiting on a delivery date for 2 new ZX-12 CCT modded for a 14.
Desperate people do desperate things. I hope Bill refunds the money he owes
several customers. Maybe there is a explaniation how this happened.

I am not looking for controversy, conflict or anything otherwise.
Bill is his own grown man, and how he deals with others is his own business.
I will say that I did get my CCT from him, and although the delivery was slow, I was not pressuring him as it was winter here anyway.
I also just got my spare crankshaft from him, that was lightened, balanced, polished from APE.
Bill has never done me wrong.
My dealings /relations with Matt and Bill are limited to the phone conversations, and a few parts / services I bought from Bill over the past few months.
They both seem like polite, friendly outgoing people, and I simply can not find fault in either of them from my personal dealings or perspective.
Matt paid me for the parts I sold him immediatley and I have not had problem with him either.
I am not taking sides, or speaking out for anyone on this other ordeal.
Its far too complicated, especially from 2000 miles away, I am NOT judge nor jury, and wish not to get involved in their differences.

I understand dub, but bill didn't just short someone on a part or two, but obviously CLEARLY PLAIN OUT don't them wrong!!! I understand no one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes, but that was clearly how NOT to ever do one person, much less the 3 or 4 guys that have come here posting this WITH FACTS! I will never send bill a dollar, nor would I trust him after he's done this.
Dub, just something to ask to yourself... If it was done to you, wouldn't you post up how you got screwed??

I RESPECT YOUR POSITION ON THIS MATTER LYLE.
I DID NOT START THIS THREAD TO HAVE PEOPLE WHO HAVENT BEEN WRONGED BY BILL CONVERT TO MY "BOYCOT" OF HIM.
I KNOW OF PLENTY SITUATIONS THAT PEOPLE HAD TO WAIT ON BILL AND WERE HOLDING THEIR BREATH UNTIL THEIR STUFF ARRIVED. AFTER MY POST ON HERE AND PSYCHOBIKE HE WOULD BE A FOOL TO KEEP ANYONE ELSES MONEY AT THIS POINT AND NOT SEND OR MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PARTS.
MAYBE WHAT I STARTED OUT TO DO IS WORKING, HOPE SO!
I AM GOING TO LET THE JUSTICE SYSTEM DO WHAT IT CAN DO FOR ME, AT THIS POINT ITS ALL I CAN DO.

+1 I started this thread just to see when my 2 CCt will be ready, I was not pressuring
him to expedite my order. It had been over a month and was wondering when. This was
a shock to me as Bill has a Great reputation here. Lyle is the reason I ordered 2 CCT and I
will still purchase two from him. Bob Carpenter does not have any for sale, he said call back in two weeks or get your own and have it machined .120.
