Lil story about Brock's
I purchased the Alien Head exhaust from Brocks the same purchase I got a ball hat and a t shirt as well. The hat started to discolour almost right away turning a brownish colour. I emailed Brock a week ago to tell him of the problm with the hat. I had a email back from him within an hour saying he has had trouble with the last batch of hats and would take care of it. I now have a new hat and tee shirt on the way free of charge.
I just I share this with you all. I thaught it was a nice gesture on his part and a way to keep a customer happy.

I got one of the first sidewinders Brock made. Had some issues with the install, and he spent about an hour with me on the phone, plus faxed me a template for the cutout. First rate guy.

Brock , Doug Spencer, and Ryan Schnitz have raised the bar on motorcycle retail.
They are RACERS, who run a business to help racers.
You can get straight information too!
Other companies had to step it up to stay in the game.

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brock is in a league of his own with customer service. Schnitz gives decent at best customer service. I ceratinly am entitled to my own opinion but Schnitz is far behind Brock.

Those of us that have dealt with Brock are Brock customers for life!! You don't find the kind of customer service that Brock provides from anyone else these days and you can't put a price on that!

If Brock sold all the perf, parts out there i would have one place to buy all my parts. I know this is not possible, but he is starting to carry a ever bigger selection of parts. We are going to sell only one ex system next year'' can you guess which one Hee! Hee!....................Bill

I was one of the first ones to get the Gen 3 where the header pipes didn't have quite enough clearance from the oil filter. Brock promptly and totally took care of the situation with extras. BROCKS THE BEST!!!!!!

Well though not really an issue to some degree but I had a small issue with the maps supplied with the SMEG. The bike would occassionly have what seemed to be an ignition miss. This would vary at rpm levels and wasnt consistent and didnt happen too frequently. After reading on the board I re grounded the PCIII, reloaded the map (several times) and still would experience the same issue. I called brocks (spoke to a service tech) was told it wasnt the map and to reground the PCIII which was already done, and was sent a new map via email (same issue). I then installed maps from muzzy, yoshimura and never had issue with either maps. Went back to brocks maps and issue returned. Contacted customer service and again was told that it must be something with the PCIII or something other than the map. I explained that I had ran other maps with no issues and still was basically told that it wasnt the map. Not being a pisser and moaner I just said okee dokee and have been running muzzys maps with not an issue since. Though I have never spoken to Brock personally (I do commend what he's accomplished) about the issue I wouldnt personally praise his employees and the tech department for customer service.

I find that very unusual. Most of the guys on are running the Brocks maps and have zero problems. The Muzzy maps are very similar to the Brocks anyways. Secondly I don't see how a particular map would cause an ignition miss. The tech guys at Brocks are very knowledgable and probably did not know how to fix your MAP problem since nobody else has had problems.

Brock's is far from the best customer service. They are like most businesses today, they are all about you until they get your money. Speaking from experience and dealing with them on an alienhead exhaust that never fit and took months to get taken care of. In fairness, I never spoke directly to Brock himself. Probably because I didnt spend enough with them . But opinons are like ass*****, everyone has one, just mine

Let's be realistic here. Thousands of other people (including me) are using these maps without issue. So, which is more likely: Something odd with your bike or installation...or a bad map??
No offense, but I don't know what you expect from a vendor at this point. A new map written just for you?

You are a known Brock's hater, so we disregard your input in this thread.
Every vendor will make mistakes on occasion. It is how they resolve the issues that sets them apart.
