Well don't know for sure on a 14 but we put a set on my buddys 08 Busa and they made no difference not for the better or for the worse. runs exactly the same.

So why do they sell them? Or should I ask, how do they "advertise" them? What's their pro's/con's?

They are dyno proven to shift some power around- the do not make more
power, just spread it throughout the rev range differently than the stockers.
I have the longer version Factory-Pro Velocity stacks- I'm not too concern with
top end numbers as I only use my 14 for street riding.

The shift in the powerband from my short stacks is obvious on the dyno. Does it make a difference? I guess it depends on how you ride the bike and what it is used for.
