Streetmeg was on the Busa for 4 years, no problems other than re-packing the baffle every once in a while.

Does the baffle have to be replaced, or is there a do it yourself fix?

You can buy the packing from sevral different sourses and do it yourself. really easy. takes about 10 minutes at best.

Got Tsukigi full stainless system for 3 yrs. now.
Track days and all year rider in Seattle area. Dont get much worse conditions.
Scraped battered and bruised (ride in the dirt roads too much) and still shining!
The stainless is heavier stuff and the welds are works of art. No problems except dented header pipe from launching into buddies fun hauler and scraped mid pipe from track days.
I could route it tighter but then I'd have to loosen them to change oil. I doubt a sane person would every scrape it but I go nuts at the track.
Gots to stuff them pesky 600's ya know.

Oh Yea. probably need to repack the can but I like it loud.
