Oriant Express just released a sand cast quik acc cover for the zx 14 250.00
ill post some pics when it comes in

nice, this would be perfect for checking clutch fibers and steels between passes. i'm just going to powdercoat it anyway so i might as well get this one. did they say when you should have it?

sorry just got off the phone with skip hey say there ready but its going to be 325.00
he told me 250 at indy but said there was a;ot more work on the one 4 the 14 the price he gave me was for the price they had on the busa

I new that was to good to be true! Can anyone tell me why its more work to build a 14 cover? I am not buying its more work. I have a 14 cover a two different machinist working on making a q-access cover to fit the new sidewinders. I will post the results if its cheap enough...........Bill

Bill keep me in the loop with your covers. i'm going to be in the market for one, for sure. i don't care if its billet or cast, its just going to be powder coated anyways

You got it'' Maybe we can swap for one of your rail's? If that is doable i am game. One -Billet one cast to see the costs benefits etc. When i get a price i will let all know. I wont add any extra to the cost except ship, to try and keep them affordable. Man i sure do miss my dad's shop,because now i am at the mercy of a very busy machine shop,same with the tensioners ..................Bill

I'm interested too. Got a sidewinder with mtc cover and lock-up. I don't even use the lock-up so I was thinking of going to a quick access cover. Might sell the cover and lock-up to buy access cover...

Is it a multi or single stage clutch? If multi lmk what you want for both clutch and cover..................Bill
