quote: kiss your money goodbye retard. Anyone going through customs can blame customs. Good luck getting your money back. Dude, you are too trusting. I rarely do order from private parties online, cuz the net is full of scammers. They are usually shitbags operating out of cafes in malaysia.
Hey , why you adding insults to injury?
Matt,
I actually took the time to read that transaction, and I have to say anyone dishonnest would not have led you on like that for that long.
That said , they did not insure the package, and It is sad they sent it regular post.
If it was priority it would have had a tracking number.
The weight is about right for what mine was shipped.
The tranny is very heavy, dense and sharp. If they did not wrap it 30 sheets deep in newspaper, and tape the entire box, it could have easily punctured the box and torn open.
Wow,
You really have not had good luck with the postal service.

Dubious.
I think he was on the up and up.
Chances are he screwed up the packaging and customs better yet the postal services does not know where to ship the unit...
The receipt shows insurance.
To the best of my knowledge this chap still has not put in a claim for insurance.
Postal Service SUCKS...
I have never had any luck with their services.
My grand parents live in California, Lav Vegas and used to send gifts and such. (They barely got thru)
ripped open and most of everything lost (stolen)
man did they wrap them good. It is amazing how an individual stoop so low to steel from a kid.
Fedeal offence to tamper with mail. Ask yourself how many posties are sitting in jail or have a criminal record for being caught fudging with the mail...

the key to purchases like this is to pay paypal via your credit card. if you did that, then you can simply dispute it through visa/mc etc. hopefully you did this and it can still work out!

+1
Even if you're verified (checking account on file) ,
it's always best to have a cc on file too and transfer funds from it.

It's OPP carbon fiber- paid around $220 for it last year.
Looked around for the few different versions and at the time I thought this was
the best looking one- it's very raw and unpolished CF and it's so very light.
I guess I'm happy with it so far
