I have been waiting on a part for a long time and I am at a dead end trying to resolve this it seems.
Looks like my riding season is pretty much at an end. I didnt even have a chance to start it off this year.
I will post everything by Tuesday if I do not get a sutible response by then.

I hope the seller makes it right. I have purchased a lot of spare parts here
and never had a problem. Hope you used a credit card so maybe you have
a way to get a refund, or Paypal. I always use Paypal and Never send funds
in the mail or a wire transfer.
Lyle the new ZX-10 brackets worked Perfect. No clearence problems and the
carbon fiber ZX-10 fender looks cool and the bike cools down sooo much better.
I need to install the Bazzaz I got from you, been riding in the Ozark Mountains
and remodeling the house so spare time for the 14 is limited.

I dealt with a guy off of here pilgrim something back in dec sent him my 06 wheels he was suppose to send his 07. I told him if he wasnt happy with them to send them back he got my wheels and said he wasnt happy and never heard from him agian never got my wheels back either. Guy lives in Texas.

From my dealings with PayPal, lost but persisted - longstory...
From looking at the dates, i'm assuming it was posted in May 09. If you haven't recieved it, make a Paypal Dispute/Claim under Item not recieved.
Even if he has posted proof, you might find that PayPal will still have to honour you.
That's the shit with PayPal i had absolute proof sending, but the buyer got refunded and my account got deibited. I complainedand PayPal 'restricted' my account + my Ebay account got suspended automatically as the T&C of Ebay was that i must have a PayPal account!!!!.
After 2 months, i found out that the package had arrived at his local post office and the buyer had been informed that it was there - then they lost it. I got credited back thank god and all is well now...
Once the money is with you and you never see the tranny, then ok, move on!
Or;
If the tranny does show up, then you have to be honest and inform PayPal.

Don't like seeing this happen to anyone.
I had a dispute with Paypall once , they ruled in the other persons favour!
I disputed it , as it was Aus $2000 to me , and after much persistance got a full refund!

First off get that insurance claim filed asap, if the item was insured, and a dispute with PayPal going. I believe since he shipped it, he is really responsible for making the insurance claim, but you'll find out. Since you paid for the package, and paid for the insurance, you may have some luck. If PayPal backed the purchase, that may help from their end.
As a last resort, take him to your local small claims, since this was done over the internet. Even if he is out of state. You'll get your $ back or a "paper victory". If it is a paper victory the judgement against him will go into his credit report. Also, you can do a 'writ of execution', with the court ordering him to provide a 'property list', particularly if he is in your state - but it can be done if he is out of your state, as well, and the court will order his property seized, Hopefully the police local to him - if he is out of state - will honor the court order and go grab some of his property and auction it ott, paying you back afterwards.... what a process and scads more of your time.

you only have 45 days to file a claim with paypal get on it if you can.
Also did you ever get the tracking info? I am sure you have gotten on that.
We both know what a scam the postal service can be with our parcel flaotying around for 3 months like it did.
Not everyone can afford to put a second duplicate parcel in the mail like I did.
Lucky for me you were honest and returned one of them when the 2nd box of parts showed up.
As honest as i am, still I almost gave up in frustration, instead I shipped the second box out, giving up and prepared to eat the $500.
It was really frustrating as I have alot of things going on in my life, and to beat that up for months was really exhausting
Hopefuly he is honest and things work out for you.
I still think someone at your post office needs a louisville upside the head IMO.

I purchased a Carbon Fiber one piece 2007 ZX-10 of Flea bay about $160.00 tmd. The new
brackets are a much better fit than the first style Lyle had made and came with all the
screws. Cools off Much faster and Looks Great on Metallic Black 14. Perfect clearence
no rubbing, have had several people comment about them. :-)

I'm down for a set. these are for the ZX-10 front fender brackets right? Do you also sell the fender?
Yes, they are for 04-07 zx10 fenders.
just brackets and bolts, I don't sell the fenders due to the different colors, and expense of shipping from Canada.
I haven't had any problems with Customs.
over 300 shipments in either direction in the last 2 years.
