Cutting and sanding Fiberglass?

What are the best tools to use to cut and file/sand down fiberglass.

I have never worked with the stuff before.

I need to enlarge the opening for the clutch cover, cut a hole for the dump pipes, and the air filter, and clean up many of the casting flaws on my catalyst panels.

Looks like the gobs I need to remove are epoxy.

Thanks in advance.

A standard dremel with the right attachments always worked for me.

except for cutting holes I usually use a variable speed drill in slow mode, first I tape the fiberglass then mark the sport and drill just like we do when cutting fairings for installing frame sliders
