Better no news then "Kawasaki just announced they will be discontinuing the ZX-14 as of 2010".

I don't know who can give the say so to sell it cheaper.. Like they do on the 08's. I don't know if kawi sends rebates to the dealers to sell the older "new" bikes or what. Might not hurt to give them a call. Their number is 2293823640 if your interested.

Lost one dealer nearby, the other is struggling. Could end up like my bmw, a 70 mile ride to the nearest dealer.

The red looks sweet can't wait to see it in person but guess I will have to wait untill the bike show comes around as my dealer will not order an 2010.

They've used the Persimmon red for awhile- on the 08 SE 14,
the red wheels of the silver zx6, the 07 zx10 SE...
I might add some more red to mine if it's matching.

It seem that all pieces have gloss finish, as opposed the '08 LE flat finish.
