Between both, it is slight. If you take the angle away, it might be half that. Truly subtle differences. Not what you think. I was not impressed, but the '08 would be my choice with the 20° throttle body angle.

the 08-09 are supposed to be 25% larger... 420 cc
06-07 are 330 cc
as I was told anyway.......

I pinched a piece of aluminum rod, made it the length of the injector = Same-Same.
I bent a piece of aluminum welding rod around the widest part of the injector body, measured the other one = Same-Same.
I measured the intake pots over the injector so as to see more volume up 25% as in proportion to the volume increase to flow that much more = Same-Same.
I did not measure fuel pump volume up 25% or more so as to increase the flow 25%. Fuel pump design changed, but did the pressure of 44 PSI as base output increase?
The '06 has a blue body with, "EAT286" as the markings on the injector body.
The '08 has a greed body with, 2870772 as the body markings.
These are I believe Bosch injectors; when I removed the actuator, I may have seen the name? Do not quote me on the brand... Believe the rest is the numbers will point the difference in either a 10 spray or a 12 hole injector spray head is the only difference. Unless you can find the parts matching flow or increase of flow rate between bodies.

hi
i fittted the 08 injectors to my 06 tuned model, and with 06 ecu, pump etc, they flow less fuel than the 06 injectors, so looks like 2 extra holes but even finer spray
when i set them up on the dyno big numbers had to be added to the power commander rangeing from plus 20-30 across the range
have noticed an improvement in fuel consumption but no power gains

Wow, that is complete opposite of what I have heard.
Good thing I put an extra 60lb injector in every hole for mine.......

Data was more or less WOT my assfactor found out and concluded to. No appreciable gain between either body angle and/or spray hole, using the '06 and '08 to find out without access to a dyno.
