Switch from a U-soft to ????

I would like to know who has switched to a different tire and what you went to and why.
The reason I'm asking is I have seen some members have trouble getting the U-soft
to work well with their set up or on the particular track they race at. I am considering
going to a Power One in the future. Thanks.

I switched to a Power Race Soft. It is 2.5 lbs lighter and sticks like glue. It is also suitable for land speed racing, which the u-soft is not.

Dragtec...sticks like glue. I ran a shinko u-soft befor this tire on my turbo bike and it spun like on ice...this tire{dragtec}wheelies everytime........NO COMPARISON.....the only thing bettor about the shinko is the price $110.00 the dragtec is $180.00. Shinko lasts a little longer also, but the $ I've won racing people with my setup keeps buying me dragtecs...lol

I have the full. Ore and it sticks GREAT!!! Stretched 9", I started out running 25psi and it was hooking so good I went to 30psi and out of 3 track days I haven't spun not one time! I'm impressed! Depending on how long it last, I might buy another one.

I just switched to a Full Bore ,too , and at stock wheelbase with stock gearing I had to raise the air pressure to 30 psi just to keep the wheelies at launch controllable enough to equal the times I ran on my worn Battleax BT 014 ! It just depends on the rider ,and the wheelbase !

i tried out the MCR last night that tire WILL NOT hook in the street but it will hook at the track and my bike went .9 MPH faster that it has ever gone before maby because of a weight savings over the Shinko?
