How many road miles on the Shenko 003 ultra soft?
The Michelin Sport is the best tire for the road, so far, but sucks for the track.

I say about a little less than half the life of regular michelin pilot power. I go though 3 rear shinko u-softs to one regular front pilot power. But your riding habbits have alot to do with it.

3000 miles mostly street riding... Shinko Ultrasoft 190 50ZR 17..on a 2004 ZX-10R...normal razzing on the streets...2 dozen or so 1/4 mile runs...I think I might have bought the pirelli diablo strada..it is on my 92 zx-11 which happens to be about the same weight as a ZX-14...Pirelli strada grips like glue and bet it will last longer....just depends is I run either tire in the 1/4...then the ultrasoft be best no doubt....

Don't run a street/sport touring tire (Strada) with an 8" stretch. Be happy if you get 2k miles from a U-Soft.
You are trying to get a 65" Turbo to hook up. Mileage should not be your primary concern...

hahah..yes don't get a touring tire for a turbo - 1/4 mile application....
My mickey thompson drag slick. is the best for the strip so far...... That is with wheelie bar, no rear shock ect....
but Usoft does well for the money...(at the strip) ...I ride both strip and street myself.......but for a turbo I would get the best track tire if money is no option.....heck even 500 miles at the strip is a lot of runs guy....
