fork seals

With less than 500 miles on my 09 ZX14, I have noticed a small pool of fork oil under the right fork leg. I first thought it was the caliper leaking brake fluid, but after looking more closely, I can now see that it's fork oil!!
Have any of you had similar fork seal issues?

I dont think i've heard of anyone with a fork seal problem yet !

Take it back to the dealer and have em fix it .... I know that sucks for
having a brand new bike.

I have had no hard landings, actually, no wheelies at all!! All the guys at the dealership had fun accusing me of the hard landing thing tho.
I have since had the seal replaced. We could find no damage to the fork tube.
