Flies out/yosh pipe/airfilter/pwr cmmdr
I took the Flies out of my zx that has a Yosh single, K&N filter and Power Commander mod. Its now crisper on throttle and low end torque. I dont have a problem with its smoothness. Is just as smooth, Just quicker. Does anyone have a Map for this?? Im waiting from Power Commander to answer me back on this. They have it for the 07 ZX but not the 08??

Have fun!

Is your bike a 08? I have been considering pulling my flies on my 08. Thanks

Its an o8. Nothing negative to report when removing them. Smoother shifting was a side benifit I now experience. Revs nicer too!

Willbkari2, can you email me a copy of your map? Fuel Moto will not send one unless you bought your PwrCmdr from them.

This is on 08, Yoshi full system, BMC filter and PC III setup in the files below.
Basically you can richen your rpm range by about 10 percent at peak change (about 3.4k) The rest you can feather in-up to 3.4'ish and out, after 3.4'ish to end of range.
This is a stock 08, flies in. Not too bad, really.

Here is flies out (red)

That will get in pretty close in the ball park. You can spend some $$$, and get a few extra HP, maybe, if that closeness is important to you.
If your an 06 or 07 this will not apply the same.

JDC, Thanks. I will probably back it to 08% since most of my ridding is around 2500 feet in elevation. Thanks again.
