300V drain intervals?
How long are you guys running this oil? I don't race, ride moderately hard on the street. How many km's should the oil last in my 08? Don't want go change too early at $100 an oil change but don't want to risk damaging anything either. Thx for the help.

after break in...
amsoil every rear tire change....about 2000 miles
