I had a guy in Sebastion FL make it for me. He did a killer job. It was $250.

The guys info is Tops Inc. 772-589-3424 and his name is Dave. Just FYI but he used really stiff foam on the back part of the seat and softer foam on the seat portion of it. He new exactly what I wanted and did it in 1 day.
