Hey masszx14,
I have the same bike and have a seat cowl with two tiny tiny scratches. If interested I'll email you a pic of the scratches.
Here's a pic of the bike. In my opinon the 2008 SE takes really bad pics. It looks so much better in person. Side by side any shiny 14, I like mine better. But in the pics, it doesn't look as good...

I was going to say the same thing......when i was looking to purchase mine i was checking out the color schemes and the SE didnt look as good in pics.....but when you see upclose it looks great,,,,night and day.......it so true.

For everyone that says that the flamer SE's are ugly 
Not trying to hijack this thread, but I would have bought the
black/ red SE- I just wanted the gen 1 bike and ended up with the 07.
I currently have the 08 lowers and grills... pardon the shed mess- my garage
is even worse 
I'll switch all the tail fairings and cowl with the 08 SE,
really dig that color combo. Will keep the white front though!
Here is mine currently and not fully assembled:

That red bottom looks good next to the white. I'd stop there up front. The tail would add to it and look cool in red. I always thought the white just looked bigger than the others. That might help...

The white tail section just looks too fat IMHO.
Any pics sent? I want that cowl, but just want to make sure it's
