HID light question
A few weeks back I purchaced a HID kit at a motorcycle show. The company assured me that the low beams on my 14 were the H9. This weekend I took out my bulbs on my bike and to my surprise the H9's were on the outsides of the bike, the lowbeams are the inside lights, which were the H11. Now comparing these bulbs they look like they are exactly the same shape except the H9 is a 65w and the H11 is a 55w. Do you suppose these were in the wrong spot from the start or did the HID company make a mistake? What would happen if I run the H9 HID in the low beam projectors? can someone please shed some light on this.
