LF Hindle maps
Hi folks...still trying to find a map for my application. I have tried Hindle but they referred me back to DynoJet, who referred me back to the pipe manufacturer and on and on. I don't have a dyno tuner (at least not a reputable one) close by and have yet to find a good map.
The bikes an 08, Hindle street 4-1 with a CF can, flies out, K&N filter, pcIII, speedo healer, 44/16 (and of course the usual cf and misc bling

Might try a map for one of the other brands (akrapovic, tiforce, muzzy, etc.). Where do you live anyway?

try a brock map. hindle makes the brock pipes so they should be close

only way to get a brock map is to buy a brocks exhaust. there's a big disclaimer when you buy the exhaust thaat if you share his maps he'll cut the chord on you.

why would that be? a map is just a map. i didnt even buy the 2 Muzzy pipes dad and i used last yr from Muzzys, and they sent me maps upon request with no questions as to if i was even actually using Muzzy pipes or just trying a bunch of different maps.
btw, how would Brock know if a member emailed a member a map to try? and as far as that goes, you could change one cell by 1% and it would no longer be a Brock map, it would be a different file if you want to get technical.

Brock's map development and testing seems head and shoulders above Muzzys. The support, maps, and tuning info are some of the perks of the purchase of a Brock's system.

just dont really understand. im not going to argue that Brock has a better product, and excellent customer support, but all that R&D put into developing a map for his pipes wouldnt really mean jack for a different pipe. a diff pipe requires a diff map, so the "awesome Brock map" wouldnt be ideal for another setup. you still wouldnt be performing as well as using a brock pipe and brock map. i was just saying it might be close. i know the muzzy maps i have look way diff than the hindle map i got from VH. the map VH used to get 182hp out of a stock 12 motor would probly work worse on a 12 with a muzzy pipe than if it had a muzzy map. a hindle piped 14 with a brock map would not perform as well as a brock piped 14 running the same brock map, however the brock map may be closer to what the hindle requires than a muzzy map. i just dont see why its not allowed to be shared. to get the best setup you still need to buy the brock pipe.

it is an agreement you have with brocks not to share something you and he paid for. using it without consent would constitute stealing, but like anything else it is an honor thing. all the more reason to be a customer.
