2007 fuel pump question
Dubious posted a good read about fuel systems and got me into looking at another post about the 2009 fuel pump. Was it better.etc. I was looking at the Kawasaki Shop manual and on 3-18 spec sheet states:
Fuel Pump Type In tank............. or......Wesco pump (friction Pump)
Did Kawasaki have two different pumps? Or Duh...... the ZX-14 pump is a Friction design pump located in the bottom of the gas tank? Ok you can stop laughing now and educate
this old man. :-)
Dubious answered a question about not running the gas tank low as fuel in tank helps keep the fuel pump cool. This was a topic several years ago on a Corvette site and in tank pump failures.

The 08-09 fuel pumps are different looking externally (base plate) from the 06-07's....but from what I've read they fit the same in the tanks. Haven't heard what the functioning diff if any is tho

Thanks for you help on the ZX-10 fender braces. Did you sell all the extra ZX-14
parts? Where they for the NOS you had? I wish Fish would fix the PM. Do you know if Shane sold the M14 Muzzy he just took off? He said he would PM me .......But.

No problem on the fender bro!
I have had alot of parts for sale, so I would need you to be more specific.
I sold my NOS kit long ago, but have aquired some extra fuel system parts for the turbo build , as my target HP took a slight change in the last few months.
The fuel system parts would also work for guys wanting to run 100+ HP shots.

I Really liked the two black NOS bottles you had before. I would like a set up like that with
just a 30 HP shot. Will any of your parts work with a lower HP shot? Do you have a list of ALL your parts for sale? Be glad when the PM is fixed. I will Pm you for a list and PM Shane about his Muzzy M14 exhaust. If not I am looking at a Brocks Gen3 CF. And if the Drag racing bug hits me one more time I can add the smeg to my headers for the track..:-)
Good luck with the turbo.

Those were dynotune NOS system. I have no Nitrous parts left to sell.
You can buy the whole 30HP kit from them.
You won't need any of the fuel system stuff I am selling for what you intend to do.
