Needing a little help on my build... Couple questions..
We just put the 07 engine in the 06 seems like everything went smooth so far..
We have tons of pictures that I will be sharing on this build of my ZX14 SOON!!! ...
One question...... Is I purchased two SpeedoHealers believing it's possible to use both one to break the limiter and one to calibrate the speedometer.. Does anybody know how these get lined up??? ... Isn't it possible to use two of the SpeedoHealers on the ZX14?....
Second question......I purchased the ZX14 Vortex foot pegs used with the DynoJet Power Commanders Quick Shifter does anybody have any pictures they could share to see how your setups look like using both ZX14 Vortex foot pegs used with the DynoJet Power Commanders Quick Shifter...
Any measurements are part numbers would be greatly appreciative...
Any ideas please post them...
We got the ZX14 a part which so far has on it new rims, TiForce exhaust titanium carbon fiber, wave rotor breaks, high-performance break lines, oxygen fuel ratio gauge, aluminum fan and soon ordering all carbon fiber fairings..
Oh and another question with the TiForce high-rise exhaust I have to relocate my nitrous bracket that was located on the back foot peg does anybody have a location that they mounted their nitrous bottle to besides the foot peg in the back..
Can you post some pictures and also if you had order the bracket can you post the link where you purchased from... The bike is not extended..

To answer question 1: you can't do it that way on a ZX-14 because the ecu to speedo-head connection is a CanBus.
As far as I know most of us just use the Speedo Healer to put in a negative offset to overcome the 6th gear speed restrictor.
Personally, at the track I use the Speedo Healer mode which converts kph to mph, that means you can read mph directly off the inner kph scale. That gives a 300mph speedo before the limiter cuts in. On the street I use it in transparent mode. I'm running 1 tooth down at the rear so I don't need to correct the speedo.

BobC thank you very much I am running 1 tooth down also..
We approximately took about 50 pounds off the bike... which I believe the 07 engine performs a little bit better on the horsepower... I could've bought a new bike for what I just put into my 06... I could not turn my back on my 06 it's never let me down..wink...

If your going to off load one of those SpeedoHealer's keep me in mind. I don't care about the speed restriction, I'll never get there. I just want the speedo to be close.
From what I under stand, pull the flies and throw the TRE in the trash.

It's going to look like I will have to keep you in mind... I'll also have a lot of little stuff like the plate over the foot peg let it go for like $20 but that will be later like this month..
The flies have been removed... Thank you for all your insight guys..
Any ideas would be still greatly appreciative..

Personally i wouldnt even mess with a quickshifter...If you want electric i would go with Pingel I have one the hook up was simple.

Looking at the Pingel it looks like it work be easy to hook up....

If you are seriously interested in both speedo correction and top speed you should look at the newest generatio of Speedohealers - they allow you to program in two seperate correction factors. It even has a remote switch you can mount on you bike to toggle between the programs. There appears to be a strong demand for Speedohealers, but not everyone is going to want/need this capability. You should be able to sell the two you have and make enough to pay for one new model.

I just put one on my bike yesterday. No wire splicing, just use the pre-assembled connectors and you're done. Programming only takes a couple seconds.
