need a good bike shop in texas

I bought new springs for my 14 and want to lower the front end. but I don't have the necessary tools and every bike shop around fort hood seem like they have untrained chimps working for them. so can some one give me the name of a good bike shop in texas andwhere they are located. thanks guys

JohnnyCheese is in Pflugerville ( a suburb of Austin ). Don't know if this number is still good but ( 512-990-0686). JC is a top notch tuner ( one of the best in the business ).

Hope this helps!
