Does anyone make front fender lowering brackets?

I have seen that catalyst sells a lowered front fender, but I have also seen brackets that lower your stock fender. It would be nice to get a shorter front tire and be able to drop the stock front fender so you can lower the bike more before it bottoms out on the fender.

read brock's diary about Chronic the 08 busa... He figured out that smaller front tires on sportbikes is a bad thing lol. He said that it had his bike handling very poorly on the other end, and concluded that that's probably why rickey gadson got bucked off the 1000 that he was riding for them.
