Tow Bike as not in Tow Truck....
Here's a good idea.
When a car breaks down, crash etc happens, cars bank up behind. So how does a Tow Truck get through?
Well, they do obviously. But how long does it take to get there and clear the 'blockage'?
Maybe this is the way....

Great idea until you get to the bottom of a hill and need to stop.
I remember a story about a borrowed bass boat and a S10.
