Muzzy Ignition Rotor to retard timing

Anyone ever used the muzzy ignition rotor to manualy retard & advance your timing, If so, Can you explain the installation & how it works.

Real simple, remove rotor cover, 1 bolt holds the rotor on, replace rotor, re-install cover!

I modded the stocker in half an hour for free........no timing marks, but.......FREE :-)
