Yeah but the wire off of the motor is small,looks like 20 gauge.

yeah, I have pump power right from the battery to a switch that I reach under the undertail and turn on, watch the pressure gauge fill up to about 150 lbs. and run it.

relay for what? just put a fuse in line and a push or pull switch whichever is your preference

Got everything all hooked up and rode it saturday and it works sweet,all I have is 130 bucks invested in the whole setup.
