TechMounts ... stable for video?

Yo!

I'm looking at getting one of these ... http://www.techmounts.com/products/index.php?page_function=detail&product_id=1

It's a 16mm for the ZX14 stem right?

Are they stable enough for a lightweight camera? do those of you who have LCD's or hubs or such notice vibration at all?

Thx,

-B

Kool, thanks for the info. I've been holding off buying one for a long time, but Santa slipped me a few dead presidents that I'll exchange for a Techmount.

16mm right?

Kawa, you won't get a more stable mount anywhere.

This is the one you are looking for:

bigdtd thats one clean 14 you got there! You even ride that thing?? My gas tank had chaffing marks on it from my levi's and riding pants within 1000 miles of owning it. And you dont even have tank protector strips on yours.... I'm officially jealous.

As far as that locking bracket goes, nice idea but the sad fact is that all that means is they will just rip the whole thing off your bike to get it, whether or not it destroys your gauges or the LCD screen in the process. Safest place for that is in your pocket.
