Doug,
I know you are still around on the forums and I see your post from time to time. Would you do me a personal favor? What's your opinion on using a 180/55/17 on a ZX14 as opposed to the factory 190/50/17? A lot of feedback from the forum suggest that the 180 turns in quicker and handles better.
My gut feeling is the Kawasaki puts a lot of R&D into the development of it's bikes and if a 180 was better then Kawasaki would offer that from the factory.
Let us know what your expert opinion is.
