ZX14 powered race car

Good day all.

Here is an onboard clip of my winning run at the Adrano hill climb in Sicily a few weeks ago. This run put me up to 1st overall beating the Italian Champion in his 3lt cosworth Lola F3000.

I thought it would interest everyone in this forum since I'm running a ZX14 engine.

Enjoy:

Good video Josh, that's a long course too. There was a guy in the UK who ran a ZZR1100 engined car in hillclimbs. That motor was modified for fuel injection.

Thanks Bob,

Yes, motorcycle engines in hill climb cars is very very popular especially in the UK. 99% of them use the Busa engine. I had a ZX12 engine in the car before the current ZX14. I think both engines are better in a car than the busa.

The car in the video which I built myself was sold the day after that run.

Now I am building a new car with a more modern carbon fibre tub chassis which is stonger and safer than the other car. I will soon be looking to extract more power from the engine, but I'm not sure what mods to do really.
