Nightmare SCREWED ME!!
You guys wont believe this but, I sold Nightmare a bunch of stuff ZX14 stuff I had He sent the money via paypal. I went and delivered the stuff and he CANCELLED the payment through paypal. He called me the next day and said it was a mistake and he was gonna mail me a cashiers check and almost 3 weeks later I havnt heard from him. So I am gonna make a trip to some of the races he frewuents and see if I cna find him
3500 dollars worth of stuff!

hes active in the military, are you sure hes not busy running around or had some last second shit come up?

Start filing your claim through Paypal. They should reverse the cancelled payment once they know he received the goods. Hopefully the funds are still available to come back.

If it is any of your business I bought another 14 before mine was stolen and had started transferring a lot of the stuff to the salvage title 14 that I bought to turn into a dedicated track bike. Like I said a while ago the ONLY reason my 14 was out where it could get stolen was cause I had started taking a lot of the stuff off. instead of HATING why not be constructive.

I bought a 08 busa. Havnt started racing it or anything. still kinda bummed about everything. I finally decided to sell off all the stuff I had around for 14's after I couldnt get motivated enough to build the track bike I bought. anyone want a salvage title frame?

its not any of my business, but ive read your posts on pyschobike and it appears that you liquidated a lot of the shit that was installed on your 14 when it was jacked in the movie theatre parking lot.

Well you are flat out WRONG! those that know me knew that I was building a clone bike of BlackMagic and that is why I was keeping quiet about it. And you also dont know how much extra stuff I had laying around after 2 years af constantly buying stuff for my bike. I have nothing to be carefull for I have discussed ALL OF THIS with my insurance company they knew beforehand that I had pulled a lot of the stuff off my bike before it was stolen. A lot of people knew that stuff had been taken off weeks before it was stolen. Originally I was going to sell my bike and build a turbo but then a friend of mine had the idea of building a clone bike and hustling with it. So I started pulling the big stuff and the nitrous kit and electronics off BM to put on the wrecked bike I bought THEN BM got stolen. It really seems you are being a prick instead of asking before blurting shit out. But you always have been a prick. your like a big guy with little man syndrome...

Man you cant trust anybody no more. I would have thought nightmare was ok. I guess this is what its coming too. Anyway i never did thank you for the deal on undertail/shiftlight, its been crazy around here. Good luck with the 08 busa but you better be careful where you leave it also,cause f%$king theives are everywere. LMK if you need anything BM........

I won't take sides on this, but a while back nightmare was going to buy some stuff from me. It was about $80. I got an email saying payment sent from Paypal. He emailed me wanting to know when I was shipping it and I checked Paypal after packing it and realized it was a check (requires 3 days to clear). He was telling me he needed it asap. Well, it bounced and I let him know and never heard back.
Like I said, I'm not saying he purposely ripped you off. He has his chance to make it right. I've had the same thing happen before with paypal where they take their money back after you ship. they need to fix that. they weren't any help to me at all when it happened to me.

I think some of you are forgetting he paid for the stuff on paypal then retracted his money, I see no reason for that. Maybe he will see this thread and defend himself
