is it possible

i busted my oil pan last week at the track and got my new one in yesterday.installed it last night and went to instal the oil filter and it was a no go.i look down and i noticed the stem piece that it screws on to wasnt there.didnt know that was a seperate piece until you look on the oil pump diagram.my question is,is there a way to take the one off my old oil pan seeing that it is all threads on the outside and smooth through the center of it.

Good luck, I even tried drilling out all around it to loosen the one in the old pan, never budged!
Order a new one!
