Muzzy Shock Travel Limiters?
Has anyone used these? I was wondering if they would solve clearance issues with the fuel pump and/or inner fender?
I've never seen this product, so I am not even sure of how it works. Any info appreciated. Thanks.

I'm also wondering if limiting the shock travel will affect traction, since the bike can't squat as much?

I looked it up and didnt find anything...
Seems to me you answered your own question Shane???
I would get a tiger tail, a Coby Adams chromemoly arm with his aluminum adjustable links and never worry about anything bottoming out!!!

yes i have had one for 2yrs on my 14. I also have the race tech heavy duty coil. My bike bottomed out before when i had the stock items. It doesnt anymore. I had to loosen up on the coil because the bike wouldnt squat at all. Even with it tight and 4in over i ran a 6.21 and im 243. I heard from some seasoned racers that the bike needs to squat. I loosened it and pulled it back 4 more inches. With ike interfering i havent been able to go to the track yet. The item was 30 bucks and you have to call them. Its not listed on the site. It slides over the shaft of the shock. Works good so far.

My thoughts on this piece isn't good. If you bottom out your shock, it's going to unsettle the chassis. If your bike is bottoming out, raise it up a little. Your shock needs to move, just not fast, or a lot. And it needs to rebound slow.

^agree, why would u want you shock to have less travel, it would wheelie quicker it would be better to lift the bike up a bit or beef up the spring...
