Not to add to flames or anything, but look at my sig for mods. I'm also 220 maybe even 230 suited.

I ride with about 4 GSX-R 1k's and 3 R1's, all good riders. Not one can touch me on roll-on's which is about all we do here. As soon as my 09 is broken in the fun resumes.

Some vids of the Gixxers and R1's ... http://www.youtube.com/user/TucsonSportRiders

bonzai you better get whoever is riding that camera bike to a advanced rider school- his godawful lines thru the corners are going to get him killed! Just cringe inducing... Seriously man, do your friend a favor and keep him alive a bit longer.

So it's on again heh with Rideharder...
Troll crap again...

I think Steve must be dead or MIA, he'd have a doody over this guy again.

Smokin, have'nt you been there and done that with this guy and his R1 mate who always seemed to have some problem. Wasn't it the clutch that never got repaired?

Sticks, I watched a bit of both upto 3-4 mins and it didn't look that bad to me. He's just playing around and don't forget that the rider has a lot more visual upfront than the cam on the dash ont he bike behind.

obba his lines were so bad that its just not possible he was simply screwing around on purpose. Guy has talent with very little skills. Kinda like me before I was trained properly.

I'm not even going to attempt to read this thread..
I'm just going to post ..

R1 did not show up 08 Suzuki beat me by two bike links.
The Suzuki was geared with a high front sprocket..

Raced another identical Suzuki it was geared lower.. it was neck and neck until third gear..

One modified with head work ZX10 was able to beat the Suzuki.
The Suzuki's front tire was at the back of the zx10's back tire..

The racing lasted until two in the morning.. I headed back alittle earlier apparently two bikes collided on the way home which trying to get all the information I forgot about posting...

It's a little time consuming I'm creating my own video upload to integrate into my website..
Once it's together this week and I've uploaded the videos I will embed the videos so all can view..

If anybody has a stock motorcycle zx14 with no head work or internal modifications and would like to race the 04 R1 and 08 Suzuki on a Friday night or on a Sunday morning..
Go ahead and PM me and I will give you the directions...

West Palm Beach Florida

Sorry was way off schedule .... here's that stuff that was promised...

Suzuki 1000 08 VS 06 ZX14

It was just two races between zx10 and the 08 Suzuki in this video above...

thatweurdthing (1 day ago) Show Hide 0 Marked as spam Reply | Spam HELLO?!?! I am the owner and rider of the k8 in this video. Yes this is the first and only bike to beat me EVER. I would like to point out that the first race i missed a shift, the second race was a fair race, which i lost. The third race was not me.Watch the video again, the second race was close but I DID LOSE! I would also like to point out that i am running a stock motor with bolt on mods ONLY! The zx-10 in this video is VERY fast, but has also had motor work.I spank unworked zx10s every sunday

turbonoshayabusa (2 days ago) Show Hide 0 Marked as spam Reply | Spam Unless your 10 is on the spray or has forced induction, there is no way you could beat a gsxr 1000 k8! Or was the k8 on limp mode? Anyway, the 10's '04 model is notoriously known for its brute power. I have the '08 model and in stock form (the '04 & '08), I would pull away from the '04 with every gear change. Anyway, its nice to see Kawasakis rule the streets. As they say, let the good times rool! Cheers buddy!!!

my 10r is no where near stock.... I'll leacve it at that.

Thought so... And one more thing, is there anywhere else I could view all your vids? Nice to see you smoking other bikes...

what is done to the 10R??, because I have an 08 GSXR and I punk 10R's all day long.... I have a buddy with a 9R a few mods and he can take a 10R... good racing though.. would like to race this 10R myself to see... always down for a good old fashion race.. No matter who the winner is.. Its all about the ride!!!!

The ZX10 does have a modified engine...

I would just like to say thank you for the information on the gearing it deftly helped...
I know It got back to the R1 guy and he did not want none of the ZX14..

While a promise was a promise and a was upheld on responding back to this post..
I'm not going to reply back to this post because I know it will irritate a lot of people!!!...

If you got white residue on your exaust outlet, you're running race gas. Period.

So run MR9 yourself, it should add a bikelength or two to your results. Two can play that game!

Thanks for posting the vids, even though most guys here seem to be ignoring this thread because neither a 14 or Busa is ruling the roost. Gotta tell you though, I've yet to encounter a liter bike that can hang on the top end up here in cold-air Washington. Even had a guy who had a head work+cams, "Race Track Only it's never been on the street before" 2006 Gixxer 1K with a claimed 192rwhp that I spanked repeatedly in the mountains a month ago...
