F I Light.
last night i was putting my motor back in and deciced while it was out i would pull the rod that goes through the throttle bodies out,the one the secondary butterflies are on.now i have an f.i light on.i know it has something to do with the sensor on the right side of the bike cause i have an extra set of and i hooked them up(not on the bike and it goes off!any help is appreciated.

Kimski2001-I don't fully understand your question/situation to give some advice to ya. Can you please add some more details for clarity?

While the bike was running we unplugged the throttle position sensor, hooked it up to a extra set of throttle bodies(that are not on the bike) that i have,and the fi light went out.what im trying to figure out is there anyway around this light flashing?

Yeah, but your secondary flies rod back in and reattach the stepper motor. Unplugging the stepper motor will cause a fault code to trip. Suppose you could leave it plugged in, but there might be an issue with it needing the spring to return the motor to closed after it opens.
