Torque value & sequence of exhaust manifold holder nuts.

I've just got my headers back from being ceramic coated (very nice). I've been looking in my manual for the exhaust manifold nut's torque value & tightening sequence, and have slowly gone blue in the face. Can someone point me in the right direction, or give me the info please.
I also want to confirm that the manifold gaskets go in with the flat side toward the head. How do you hold the gaskets in place while fitting the manifold, smear of grease/petroleum jelly or similar?
Cheers.

I don't believe its actually specified in the manual.

Tighten them down(no particular order), run it thru the heat cycle a couple of times, and check them to make sure they're still tight.

I just flipped mine over and reused them.

I used a little grease to keep them from falling out.
