Does anyone here weigh 225-230 have some suspension settings?

I just cant get the suspension dialed in on my 14 how I think it should be. I weigh about 225 naked and like to ride fairly hard in the twisties. The bike likes to wallow in the turns pretty good. Does anyone have some settings they suggest? What I mean by that is how many clicks, lines showing, ect. I know everyone is different just what to get some kind of baseline to start from. Thanks

You need to get with a good suspension guy and put new springs on. I have a 06 with 15K miles and mine are toast. Even new there wasnt enuf spring for my 180 lbs on track days. I'm going with .95kg springs in front and valve work. Just a 2 valve Penske shock out back with a bit heavier than stock spring. i forgot what the rate was. If I didnt have atrack only bike I would go stiffer. But the 14 is gonna be mainly street now.
A big Cat like you needs at least 1kg springs in front. Search the web for motorcycle suspension and one of the major players has a spring calculator in its site. But I know these stockers are too light for a heavier dude who rides hard. 7.5 wt oil in the forks might help but thats just a bandaid not the revalve you probably need.
The link nydhags will get you started. Print it and keep notes on your adjustments. Currently both my rear valve adjustments are 1/2 turn open from bottomed and the front is at 3&5 clicks out.but as i said my stock stuff is toast from track days.

thanks for the input. I have had some 1000s before and I ride my 14 like them. I really like my 14, you have to "lean it like you mean it" to get her to really rail. I posted awhile back that I rode a 08 busa and was impressed with its handling. I think they come with a lot stiffer spring than the 14.

Above the rear shock loosen the lock colar by turning it counter clockwise...

Get a permanent marker and mark one of the tabs, then turn the shock colar 3 full turns clock wise...Retighten the locking colar and go for a ride to see how it is...
