10200 miles on Muzzy stage 1
Finally reached the 10,000 mile mark with the turbo. In bracket racing we have to stick with 10.00 flat until the rider gets his license. MPH is averaging 146 in the quarter at 7-11k corrected altitude.
Pluses
1. Greatly improved torque
2. 43.3 MPG average
3. No issues with the scavenge pump
4. Center of gravity lowered.
5. Never goes above the third bar, runs very cool
Downs
1. Air cleaner hangs out
2. Some people love the sound others hate it
3. Draws a crowd, this gets old, had the same problem with the restored 1947 Indian.

Could you give some details of your setup? Such as:
Engine mods (valve springs, pistons, clutch)?
Pounds of Boost and Fuel you run
How many passes on the setup
Any additional maintenance issues encountered

No engine mods, pure stock, but I will be adding a manual cam chain tensioner, stock one just sucks. Running 5 lbs of boost on premium 91 octane, total time WOT is about 28 minutes which includes the NSCC track and the salt flats. Was on the Run What You Brung 3 mile coarse which was pure snot. Indicated about 170 mph, time slip showed 130 mph couldn't get out of 4th gear. Have been to the strip about 6 times this season running about 4 passes a day. The 8 m/m screws came loose on the turbo once but was fixed with lock washers. Had to replace the breather tube which swelled up, wasn't compatable with oil. Bike just turned over 20,000 miles.
