1st Road Trip
I completed my first road trip over the weekend.
From Long Island, NY to Pittsburgh, PA a little over 900 miles covered.
I enjoyed the 14 greatly, especially in the sweepers on the PA turnpike.
I was still breaking the bike in on the way there, so I was taking it easy,
but on the way home I was triple digit touring.
My welcome home party consisted of another 14 and 2 Busas,
which motivated me to take the bike to the upper room for the home stretch and see what she really has.
The Busas were no where near stock, so I didn't feel that bad about trailing them, but they had bragging rights for a minute.
They bragged about having Kaws for dinner, but I let them know that dinner was expensive with all the work they had in their bikes.
The only problem I had was my tail wiggling slightly at higher speeds,
I attribute this to my tail bag, at least I hope that what it is and time will tell.

nydhags- Nice write up...Glad you and the bike came back unscaved. Shed the stock pipes and add a PCIII and the tables will turn for most bikes(except heavy mods, NOS, turbo). Be cool!
