Damage parts from the grate recall broken left side inner dash, right side lower faring, both exhaust mufflers, loose upper engine mount left side, loose coolant recover tank, MISSING UPPER NUT ON SHOCK and intermit noise when you roll into the gas when you come out of a turn (sounds like you going over a man hole cover) Nice Kawasaki this bike was one of the best bike I had till you did you recall!!!

Wow! sorry to hear. I wouldn't even go back to that dealer before writing Kawi outlining everything and send it registered mail. Follow up with a phone call to Kawi about 4 days later giving them a chance to read and digest. Sounds almost like someone was drinking on the job or has no clue about servicing Kawasaki.
Best of luck which ever way it goes.

Why did you EVER take the bike to a dealership for service??????? Those apes with tools can't fill a gas tank properly let alone do any kind of major work to a bike. You should have checked the torque and frame for cracks yourself (super easy) or sold the bike before you let those grunts permanently defile your machine

When you write Kawasaki, address Att. Candy Garcia. She has helped me out a couple of times. She is not in manegment but does a lot of the grunt work at Kawi. I'm sure she will bring your letter to the proper people at Kawi.

Kawasaki Knows all about my bike and they are no help at all. I wish that some of the cycle magazines would do a story on who working on your motorcycle?. Kawasaki told me that only one tech per dealership is required to have some training, and thats it, they can get someone off the street to work on there bikes. My bike fail the torque test so the engine had to be pull so I do not think I should have done it myself. The dealership may not want to put there good techs on jobs that only pay 4.7 hrs to do. I think the dealership said that about half the time it takes to do the job. The bike show coming in a few weeks so maybe I can find someone there.
